Change and dealing with a variety of challenges are key issues in this team building game. Using this fun and familiar theme, your group is split into teams who are attempting to “get off of an island” by first figuring out where they are lost. They will face a variety of unique situations in order to accomplish this and need to cope with a number of “incidents” that will change their team make-up and abilities. Hurricane hits. Everyone scatters and people get mixed—onto new teams. Each team loses two people and picks up two.
Plane flies overhead and drops supplies and information that will help in the challenges. These are hidden around the area. Everyone takes five minutes to go find whatever the plane dropped.
Unknown “monster” attacks and your people are left with handicaps (temporarily blind, inability to vocalize). This affects your team’s abilities in the next set of challenges.
It is fun, challenging and a good mix of physical challenges with things that are more cerebral –and all require collaboration and teamwork.
